Are there any injections into it in the light of the reports of the committees since ?

There is no injection. There is one deletion.

It is all from the 1908 Act ?

It is, with the exception of one deletion. The 1908 Act provides for voluntary winding up under the supervision of the court. That in fact is a dead letter now. Our committee recommended that we should delete it.
