I move amendment No. 112:
In paragraph (b), to delete " to a fine not exceeding £100 " and to substitute " to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding £100 or to both ".

We have already accepted the principle of this amendment in relation to amendment No. 93. I am putting it formally.
This is just to bring it into line with other sections.
