I move amendment No. 42:
In page 10, subsection (5), paragraph (b) to delete " on " from line 48.
Subject to subsections (6) and (7) of this section, a temporary direction shall come into force when a copy therof is given to the practitioner to whom it relates and shall remain in operation until in case such a notice is served on the expiration of the period of 28 days to which the notice relates.
