I move amendment No. 123:
In page 30, subsection (8), line 48, after "authority" to insert "and, for that purpose, his pensionable service with the Authority shall be aggregated with his previous pensionable service".
This is purely a drafting point to put beyond all doubt that a person transferred to the Authority under section 31 will receive his or her full pension and superannuation rights for their future work, in the Authority.
