399 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education and Science the timescale for the building of an extension to Curranes national school, Castleisland, County Kerry; and if work will commence on this in 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1177/04]
View answerI am pleased to inform the Deputy that the proposed large-scale building project at Curranes national school is listed in section 1 of the 2004 school building programme which is published on my Department's website at www.education.ie. Projects listed in section 1 will proceed to tender and construction in 2004. The indicative timescale to tender for Curranes national school is the second quarter of 2004.
