View answerThe proposals for legislation in my Department are as set out in the Government legislation programme announced by the Government Chief Whip on 25 January 2004. While the programme does not currently contain proposals to reform the law relating to adverse possession, reform of this area of law will be considered by my Department in the context of proposals in due course to codify our land law and conveyancing laws.
