393 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of persons booked in for procedures at University College Hospital Galway during 2003 who had their appointments cancelled; the number who had their appointments cancelled more than once; and the number of times their appointments were cancelled. The figures requested by the Deputy are not routinely collected by my Department. Therefore, my Department has asked the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board to collate the information requested by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
