View answerI have had the file referred to by the Deputy examined. There is correspondence including an extensive memorandum on juvenile delinquency and the treatment of delinquents from the person referred to by the Deputy on file seeking a meeting with the then Minister for Justice. There is nothing on the file to indicate whether the meeting took place or not.
