View answerThe person in question made a visa application in December 2003. The application was refused because it had not been established, on the basis of the documentation supplied to my Department, that the stated purpose of visit was the true purpose of visit or that the applicant would observe the conditions of the visa. It is open to the applicant to appeal against the refusal of the visa by writing to the visa appeals officer in my Department.
