Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if he has received the report of the review of enterprise in rural areas, which he told the Houses of the Oireachtas on 27 November 2003 was expected before Christmas 2003; if it is intended to publish the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
