171 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a medical card will be issued without delay to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of their medical circumstances. [5372/04]
View answerResponsibility for the provision of a medical card is, by legislation, a matter for the chief executive officer of the relevant health board or authority. My Department has asked the CEO of the South Eastern Health Board to investigate the matter and to reply to the Deputy directly.
