68 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the anomaly whereby only one medical doctor can give evidence at an inquest; if his attention has further been drawn to the concerns expressed by coroners regarding this anomaly; the steps he intends to take in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
