385 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of an asylum application (details supplied), with regard to which a decision was notified to the person concerned that the Refugee Applications Commissioner is recommending that they be declared a refugee; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Refugee Applications Commissioner recommended that the person in question be granted refugee status. This case is being considered by my Department and a decision will issue shortly.
