372 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 206 of 20 November 2003, if he will make a statement on the matters raised, in view of the fact that the case has been withdrawn from the courts; and if his Department will resolve this longstanding dispute. I have been informed by the Garda authorities that they have not received formal notification that proceedings in this case have been withdrawn. Accordingly, it would be inappropriate to make further comment on this matter.
