McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Question No. 382 of 2 March 2004 regarding Garda special branch monitoring of the families and victims of the Dublin and Monaghan bombings, he how accepts that the fact is widely known and in the public domain; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
