View answerThe person named joined REPS on 1 February 2003. His first annual payment issued to him on 27 February 2003 in respect of the period from 1 February 2003 to 31 January 2004. An application for his second-year payment is currently being processed in accordance with the targets set out in the protocol on direct payments to farmers.
