396 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to a request by the Committee of Public Accounts on 18 March 1992 for a report on the industrial and reformatory school system; the date on which his Department provided the report to the PAC; if he will make this report available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My officials have been unable to trace a request from the Committee of Public Accounts for a report on the industrial and reformatory school system on 18 March 1992. The secretariat to the Committee of Public Accounts has confirmed to my Department that it has no record of such a request being made.
