619 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children the action he will take with Sligo General Hospital on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo and have them called for treatment in view of the fact that their condition has deteriorated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the provision of health services to persons living in County Sligo rests with the North Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
