700 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the registered title deeds for the property being purchased by persons (details supplied) will be completed as these deeds were sent to the Land Registry in June 2003 by Cork City Council and have not received same back to date. View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that, despite extensive searches, the Land Registry has not been able to identify any application in respect of the parties referred to by the Deputy. If the Deputy can provide me with the date of lodgement of the application and a Land Registry reference number I will make further enquiries on his behalf.
