264 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Health and Children the way in which persons with disabilities can access employment in his Department; if there are special application procedures; the criteria by which it is decided that persons qualify; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Recruitment of all administrative grades to the Department of Health and Children is organised by the Civil Service and Local Appointments Commission. This Department has already welcomed and will continue to welcome staff with disabilities, as assigned by the Civil Service and Local Appointments Commission.
