120 Ms Harkin asked the Minister for Finance if he will extend the date for payment of interest and penalties on accounts held in Northern Ireland in view of the severe penalties involved and the charges being levied by banks when providing the required information for the Revenue Commissioners. The issue of the deadline for paying tax, interest and penalties in relation to accounts held outside the State is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners. I have no function in that regard.
