189 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Transport if he has appointed an audit committee for his Department; its members, charter, number of meetings to date; if it has issued any reports to him or to the Secretary General. [15059/04]
View answerMy Department has an internal audit review committee comprising two members of the management board and an external chairman. It operates under a charter, a copy of which I will send to the Deputy. It meets on a quarterly basis and last met in March 2004. The chairman submits an annual report to the Secretary General of my Department.
