348 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the maximum advice, support and assistance will be given to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 3 to deal with their complaint regarding anti-social behaviour. [15209/04]
View answerI am informed by the Garda authorities that they are aware of the reports regarding incidents of anti-social behaviour in the area in question. I am further informed that the area will continue to receive particular Garda attention from both the community police unit and mobile patrols. I am assured by local Garda management that the person concerned will receive advice, support and assistance in dealing with her complaint.
