245 Mr. S. Power asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the paediatric out-patient service at Tallaght Hospital is closed to new appointments; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16172/04]
View answerResponsibility for the funding of services at the Adelaide and Meath Hospital, incorporating the National Children's Hospital, Tallaght, rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has, therefore, asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
