252 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department, or any agency reporting to him, can carry out tests or an examination at a location (details supplied) in Dublin 11 to establish whether there is evidence to explain the reason that, in the small area, a significant number of residents have had cancer-related illnesses in recent years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has asked the chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to investigate the matter raised and to advise the Deputy of the outcome as soon as possible.
