View answerI am informed that an application for the renewal of a work permit, for the above named individual, was received on the 2 March 2004. This application was subsequently refused and the work permit section wrote to the employer on 8 May 2004 informing them of the reasons for the refusal and giving them a right of appeal. To date no such appeal has been received by the work permit section.
