368 Ms B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the information requested in Parliamentary Question No. 501 of 27 April 2004 has still not been provided by the Southern Health Board despite the fact that it was requested eight weeks ago; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has been informed by the Southern Health Board that the response is being prepared at present and will be issued within the coming weeks. The delay in responding to this question is regretted.
