Breen asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 279 of 2 October 2003 if he has examined the preliminary report as submitted by Clare County Council for the Labasheeda, Carrigaholt and Cooraclare DBO sewerage schemes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Carrigaholt-Labasheeda-Cooraclare sewerage scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2004-2006 to commence construction in 2006. The preliminary report for the scheme submitted by Clare County Council is under examination in my Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
