188 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim has not received correspondence from the immigration offices following an application for extension of their visa; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The immigration division of my Department has recently been in contact with the person concerned requesting further information regarding her application for residency. On receipt of this information a decision will be made on the case.
