443 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government his Department’s plans to investigate the provision of extra funding for the home improvement scheme for the elderly as operated by the South West Area Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A second round allocation for 2004 will shortly be determined and notified to health boards by the task force, which, under the aegis of my Department, administers the scheme of special housing aid for the elderly.
