View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transmission and a copy folio-file plan which was lodged on 6 July 2004. Dealing Number D2004SM005590E refers. I am further informed that this application was completed and that the copy folio-file plan was issued on 13 October 2004.
