505 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the amount of funding to date that has been allocated through the voluntary housing capital assistance scheme to resettle eligible returning Irish born emigrants; the number of such persons who have received social housing under this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
