188 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 will be granted to leave to remain in the State; if he has received from the Department of Health and Children a copy of representations from this Deputy in this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The case in question, for leave to remain, is currently under consideration by this Department. All representations received, including that from the Deputy, will be taken into consideration and a recommendation will issue to the applicant in the near future.
