329 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will ask the expert group examining bullying and the resulting stress in the workplace if they would consider including bullying as one of the areas to be considered under the Equality Act; and the public servants which might have recourse. It is quite within the terms of reference of the expert advisory group on bullying in the workplace and the resulting stress to consider the issue of bullying as it may affect the whole workforce of the country, which, of course, includes public servants. It is also open to the group to consider and report on the issue under any existing legislation, including the Equality Act.
