151 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the way in which she can justify a reduction of approximately 300,000 home help hours in 2003 compared with 2002, the implementation of strategies increasing client contributions, a reduction in hours provided and waiting lists throughout the country; and if she proposes to reassess the needs of older persons in this area.
