161 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Finance, further to Parliamentary Question No. 176 of 13 February 2003, if it has since been established that the property in question is in the ownership of the OPW; if there are plans for the development or conversion of the property; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While there has been uncertainty about the ownership of this building, it must now be assumed that it is in the ownership of the Office of Public Works which would consider favourably any proposal for a suitable alternative use.
