View answerI am aware of the review carried out by Mr. Cormac O'Rourke, on behalf of the Construction Industry Federation, regarding public private partnerships, PPPs, in Ireland. Consideration of the findings and recommendations of the review is a matter for the Minister for Finance in the context of overall PPP policy and practice.
