169 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda Síochána had in its possession at any stage in the past 30 years stocks of the highly poisonous CR gas, dibenzoxazepine; if it was tested; if so, the way in which; if it was deployed; if so, the circumstances in which; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Garda authorities that they have no stocks, nor did they ever have stocks, of the CR gas referred to in their possession at any stage in the past 30 years.
