109 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Transport if he will report on the latest plans with regard to the development of a dedicated rail link from the city centre to Dublin Airport; if his attention has been dawn to the recent comments from the manager of strategic planning of Iarnród Éireann that such a link would take four years to deliver; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
