265 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the medical history in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8; if this has been considered in the context of treatment requirements in the event of deportation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
