210 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if Dublin City Council has submitted the name of a company (details supplied) as its preferred bidder for the construction and operation of an incinerator at Poolbeg; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The management of the procurement of the proposed waste to energy project concerned is a matter for Dublin City Council acting on behalf of the Dublin local authorities. I have had no submission from the authority in regard to a preferred bidder.
