161 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Finance if he will supply an inventory of all assets, specifically land and buildings, disposed of by his Department in each of the past ten years; if transactions were in accordance with proper procedures in the case in which such apply; the date of each sale; the location and asset disposed of in each case; the disposal price agreed; and the purchaser involved. I propose to take Questions Nos. 159 and 161 together.

The following table provides the information requested about the relevant assets disposed of by the Department of Finance. The assets were disposed of by competitive process and the proceeds were paid into the Exchequer. The Office of Public Works is compiling information about the assets which it disposed of. It will forward the information directly to the Deputies.
