View answerThe work permit section of my Department refused an application in respect of the above non-EEA national on 11 March 2005 on the grounds that the position was not highly skilled and highly paid. Having reviewed this decision and taken into account additional information provided to my Department, I can confirm that it is now proposed to grant this application.
