View answerThe strategic task force on alcohol had membership from a wide range of bodies including representatives from Departments, health professionals, the Garda, non-governmental organisations and the drinks industry.
An inter-departmental group was established to progress the recommendations of the first report of the strategic task force. The Department of Health and Children was represented on both of these groups.
