20 Mr. O’Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his proposals to review and to reform the law relating to the protection of personal privacy; if a body has been set up to advise on the issue; if so, its terms of reference; if submissions will be invited; the timescale envisaged for deliberations and recommendations; if the introduction of the promised Defamation Bill will be tied to progress on privacy protection; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
