249 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if her attention has been drawn to the fact that despite pre-election promises made by the Government for a school (details supplied) in County Sligo the school has to embark on a fund-raising campaign to generate revenue; when the necessary approval will be granted; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The project at the school to which the Deputy refers has been assessed in accordance with the published prioritisation criteria. The project will be considered in the context of the School Buildings and Modernisation Programme 2005-2009.
