852 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) with an ACBI certificate is eligible for stamp duty relief on transfer of lands to young trained farmers; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24517/05]

The Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland, ACBI, certificate award has not been placed on the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland's — NQAI — framework. In the absence of this ACBI certificate being placed on the NQAI's national framework of qualifications, it cannot be used to assist in meeting the qualification requirements set out for young trained farmers' stamp duty relief.
