506 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 1281 of 28 September 2005, in relation to a school (details supplied) in County Westmeath the name of the person in the school planning section who is carrying out the re-examination of the long term needs of the school in context of long term projected enrolments; if this will be expedited and a decision made by the appeals board; if her attention has been drawn to the position, whereby work, which has proceeded in relation to this school has now stalled; her views on the fact that the actual accepted tender price to erect this school represents exceedingly good value and in this context if the matter will be finalised and additional moneys given to the board of management to allow this school to be completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the review of the long term accommodation needs of the school in question has been completed. The information has been submitted to the appeals committee and it will convene to issue a decision as soon as possible.
