413 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Transport if a site at the ring road, Kilkenny, or any other suitable location in Kilkenny has been examined for the purpose of driver testing off-road; the progress being made in relation to the issue; when a decision will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A range of options regarding off-road driving test centres is under consideration in my Department in consultation with the Office of Public Works. A final decision has not yet been made.
