518 Mr. Healy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if deportation decisions will be reversed for persons (details supplied) in Dublin 11. [34417/05]
View answerDeportation orders were signed in respect of the named persons on 26 August 2004 and 15 and 19 September 2005, respectively. On examination of further representations received in relation to the case, I have now decided as an exceptional measure to revoke the deportation orders of the persons concerned and grant them temporary leave to remain for a period of 12 months with their case being reviewed at the end of that period. The individuals concerned will be notified of my decision shortly.
